You can download win32 installer or full archive or mod-only package (i.e. without custom binaries) for experienced/linux users

Installation for experienced users: remove any other *.pk3 files you have in edawn directory, extract zip archive contents in your Quake III Arena game folder

Changelog:
Add: second paramater to spawn/respawn items times - to specify random addition (in seconds), default is 0 for all items
Fix: chat input overstrike mode
Chg: g_teamAutoJoin -> g_autoJoin, see server.txt for description
Update: ipdb

You can try it now:

is it possible to make the spawn locations just like quake live,spawn abuse is very frustrating.

you mean bad spawn points location or bad selection?

Is there access to the source code mod (github, etc)? Or the source code is not public?

Yes, I would like something to complement.
  Add a variable "holyshit", so that it works on all weapons (or only be railgun) a direct hit, and not just BFG. As is done in InstaGib mod.
  Also have some ideas interested in the interface menu of the game. Namely add menu items to vote in order to minimize the use of the console. For example: UI Enhaced (there are screenshots and source code).
