excessive dawn

There seems to be a (at least to me) new gfx effect that is effective while RG reloads. Though I generally like the idea, it should be done differently. Atm it causes an annoying flicker for me. Maybe just darken the RG color for the time of reload?

This can be related to some gfx settings but IMO its your video card driver
