You can download win32 installer or full archive or mod-only package (i.e. without custom binaries) for experienced/linux users

Installation for experienced users: remove any other *.pk3 files you have in edawn directory, extract zip archive contents in your Quake III Arena game folder

Changelog:
Add: allow sending \mvfollow <clientId> during demo playback (you need 1.32e multiview engine to use that)
Add: "hitscan" ruleset option for Gauntlet,MG,SG,RG and LG
"default" and "bbox" - known old bounding box
"capsule" - capsule
Add: CPMA demos playback (very basic)
Fix: OSP demos playback
Fix: avoid using cg.clientNum as much as possible (needed for multiview)
Fix: allow triggering weapon bar by spectators and during demo playback
Fix: non-working sizedown/sizeup
Fix: increase buffer size for ipdb
Upd: ipdb
